SUMMARY:James L Felder
DESCRIPTION:The author\, James L. Felder\, is a native South Carolinian.  Having grown up in Sumter\, SC\, he has lived and worked in Atlanta\, GA; New York City\, Chicago\, IL and Washington\, DC.\n       Following the completion of his undergraduate studies at Clark College in Atlanta\, GA\, he spent two years in the United States Army serving with the Honor Guard Ceremonial Unit in the Nation’s capital.  After his tour of duty with the Army\, he matriculated at Howard University School of Law completing his studies in June 1967\, and returned to South Carolina.\n       His selection to serve with the Honor Guard represented only the tenth black American to serve with this elite unit.  The first nine preceded him by several months.\n       Felder is a former member of the South Carolina House of Representatives (1970-72) and one of three blacks who served in the General Assembly since Reconstruction.\n       Felder is a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity.  He has been a member for 60 years and has served in various leadership roles.\n       The author has written three books:  (1)  I Buried John F. Kennedy\, (2)  Civil Rights in South Carolina\, (3) The Making of an AME Bishop and the latest book The Life and Times of Luns C. Richardson.\n       Jim Felder resides in Columbia\, South Carolina\, where he continues to write and remains active in the community.  He has two children\, Jimmy and Adrienne\, a son-in-law\, Lancelot\, and two grandchildren\, Lancelot II and Sean.. \n  \nCONTACT US

Keller Kissam is president–Dominion Energy South Carolina.\nHe oversees Dominion Energy’s regulated utility in South Carolina serving about 1.2 million electric and gas customer accounts.\n Prior to the merger with Dominion Energy\, Kissam\njoined SCANA in 1988 as a new utility professional\nand held numerous positions in both electric and\ngas operations. He was named vice president-Gas\nOperations in 1996\, vice president-SCE&G Electric\nOperations in 2003 and President and Chief\nOperating Officer of SCE&G in 2017. Upon completion of the merger\, he was named president–Electric Operations at Dominion Energy South Carolina in 2019\, and he assumed his current position in January 2022.\nKissam serves as 2nd Vice Chair and as a board and executive committee member for the South Carolina Manufacturers and Commerce organization. He also is a member of the Palmetto Business Forum. He previously served as Chairman of both the Central South Carolina Economic Development Alliance and the Southeastern Electric Exchange\, and is a past board member of the Clemson University Board of Visitors.\nKissam earned a bachelor’s degree from The Citadel\, The Military College of South Carolina\, where he served as Regimental Commander of the South Carolina Corps of Cadets. He also received an Honorary Doctorate of Business from The Citadel in 2015 and is a member of The Citadel’s Business Hall of Fame. \n  \nCONTACT US
